Pretty much like any call center interview. It wasn't anymore complicated then a regular interview. It was a very long process because of the company they use for background checks(HIRERIGHT) They look for any problems on your resume and call to confirm so make sure you are very accurate with your work history because they will call.

What would you say is more important customer or money for the company?
Easy. Went in person. The interviewer was very polite and approachable. The interview went for about 30 to 40 minutes. They gave me a tour around the building. Really cool. I got the offer but had to refuse.

Phone interview, they sent mail for availability. she started to ask about some technical skills like what is modem , internet etc.. and then she asked me when i can start to work. I said it is depends my visa process
