I was contacted by the recruiter for the position of Business Analyst at ATCS Jacksonville, FL. I had 2 interviews almost 12-15 days apart. Both interviews were behavioral with some technical questions. After a few days later they offered me the position and now the position was in Atlanta, GA. The recruiter asked me if they give me the offer letter, will I accept it?. I said, "Yes, I will accept it". (This was the end of the November 2018) After that, the very next day, the recruiter called me and said the director and HR want to take the orientation over skype in next two hours. It will be about the position, company, salary, and benefits. I agreed for the orientation. So When they called (Skpye), my 2nd interviewer was there and a few minutes later senior personnel (not the director) joined our call. We talked about an hour or so. A few minutes into the conversation, I realized, it was not the orientation, it was a technical interview (which I was not expecting and HR never told me, even after asking about the call). The senior personnel had asked me many technical questions and I gave the answers to my full capacity. At the end of the call, they said they will let me know by Monday (which they never did). After 2 weeks later emailed them asking about my candidacy, they said they'll let me know by the end of the day (which they never did). After a week later I email them again, They never replied. After a few days later I called the HR, He said, "We don't have any position open right now whenever it does, we'll contact you". After this conversation, they still haven't called/emailed me yet(Its January 2019 now)
