Group interview process consisting of group tasks to assess how you work as part of a team whilst also looking at your potential leader ship prospects, individual tasks including testing how quickly you can pick up and give out correct information and how you work under time pressure, and final speed dating style interview with multiple senior team members

Individual interview with two members of staff, one of them being the theatre manager. Asked fairly standard questions in relation to customer service. They seemed to be going through a checklist of characteristics listed in the original job description.
