The interview process started well. 1st interview was an informal discussion of my current professional situation and what I was looking for. All went well, then I received the invite for the 2nd interview, a call with 2 guys who were a level above the job role I'd applied for. The technical interview went well, they asked questions such as what is a MAC address, and other networking-related questions, others asked if I knew what the company was about and covered the day-to-day tasks. The interview went well overall and they seemed pleased by my answers and said that I would receive instructions for the next step. After a few days, I received an email saying that they weren't hiring anymore for the position.
That was weird, as in they were faking the hiring or someone boosted up someone else via a recommendation...
Weirdly, I applied with them 6 months prior to this experience for the same position, and after a few days they replied that they had already fulfilled the position, even though the job post for fresh and I applied a day after they opened it.
Seemed a good company to work for, not convinced/pleased with the interview/hiring experience.
