The first step consisted of a weird IQ test that will waste multiple hours of your time...
The last step is a technical interview. They claim to hire new grads, but the interview consisted of advanced system design questions. Most of the questions were also designed to confuse you and trip you up. One of the interviewer had a crappy microphone, so I sometimes asked him to repeat a question, which annoyed them.
In the end, I'm actually glad I got rejected. After interacting with the two interviewers, this seems like a toxic workplace.
