At first it was difficult to apply, but I managed to make my resume reach the HR. Did 5 interviews-over phone and online. Hiring Manager was confident about the job profile and his questions, but not all others; published job profile, job title and experience were contradicting with the interview questions and the interest of the interviewers. Seemed like they were not sure of whom to be recruited - experienced or inexperienced!!
