Screening was good. The rest of the process was mismanaged and extremely rude. 1st Round - with 2 people who were rapidly firing questions one after another. Some questions overlapped and contradicted themselves. Overall was very fast and not really a good connection between the two interviewers. One tried to be understanding while the other just wanted to leave. 2nd Round - with 2 people. This was the worst experience I have had in an interview. Both appear 5 minutes late and do not apologise. The interview was booked for 45 minutes, however, one mentioned they had to leave at exactly the 20-minute mark. This allowed only 15 minutes for the interview. The lead of the interview asked a total of 2 questions, both of which were not particularly relevant to the job. I had the chance to ask only 1 question before that lead had to leave. The other person, whom I expected to continue talking to, decided to end the interview there. The total time spent was 15 minutes for the final round. The last round cemented that despite AVEVA having a good rating on Glassdoor, they might have internal interview issues/looking for very specific cultured people. A complete waste of time as the 2nd round was rearranged 3 times and I was not really considered. In terms of feedback - this came as a generic rejection email. I attempted to reach out to the hiring managers and talent team for more in-depth feedback, but both have ignored me.
