AVEVA Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

Recruiter was unprofessional. Apart from being nonchalant over the phone, it was mentioned that the next steps shall be communicated via email within the next week - 3 weeks. I followed up gently after a week, no response. Followed up with enthusiasm again 2 weeks after - no response. Least to say, that was being ghosted and ignored. I hope that recruiters would be more compassionate especially in this line of work, it is okay to deliver less than good news to candidates. But please provide an update/closure/response.
