AVOXI interview questions

The process and communication were great up to after references. I advanced from recruiter to hiring manager to CMO to assessment/presentation to culture fit then lastly reference check. After my reference check, I was told the team was not extending an offer and the alleged reasoning was more years of experience in ABM but the job description mentioned 5+ years in ABM, growth, or digital marketing (which I had). I assumed that would have been assessed and ruled out in the earlier rounds if it was a major concern. I reached out to both recruiter and hiring manager to learn more surrounding the feedback to grow as a professional to be ghosted. I’m disappointed in how that was handled. In the future, be consistent and transparent because as a prospective candidate who spent a great amount of time within the process, closure looks like a helpful tip or honest feedback they can apply for the future as well as a bridge to network in the future.
