The proper process is that you will have to undergo interview with HR first, then they will have you take the IQ test and very long personality test on your free time. After that you will be interviewed by your direct manager and MANCOM member. Depending on your level, you will be interviewed also by the regional office or CEO. Interview with HR is pretty easy, they basically just ask you about your general information and current work.

There is no difficult question per se. But make sure you are alive and focused during the IQ test. There may be only a couple of questions but most people don't finish this exam due to the time constraint. You have to answer really fast. Also, the personality test is very very long. It may take more than an hour, but you can take a break at any time in between.
