First email asked for availability, salary requirements, and the choice of Java or C++ for a test. The test was multiple choice about language syntax and what a code snippet results in. After the test, another email to set up a skype interview. Skype interview was about 40 minutes. Half of the time was spent on work history and past projects. The other half was a short code sharing question.

Mildly rigorous, phone interview and a couple technical ones. If you practice and be appealing, you will be a very attractive candidate. If you are a new grad aspiring to start coding in industry, this is good.
