Part 1) Multiple choice - C++ or Java. The C++ asks questions about the intricacies of C++. Timed one question at a time. 3 minutes each question for a total of about 30 questions. Topics include inheritance, dynamic memory, etc. A few questions referenced some C specifics as well. Part 2) 2-hr Skype Interview - Short discussion about resume/ experience, then brief intro into company. Followed by 2 "white-board" questions completed on a shared text editor. Finally, a Q&A with interviewer. The 2 questions aren't anything ridiculous. If you are familiar with leetcode, they are about medium difficulty. Since I struggled a bit during these two questions, but was still able to provide a final result, I think they take your thought process/ explanations into consideration. So, as long as your are clear in where you are going and are somewhere near an optimal solution, you should be fine. Interviewer also gave subtle hints. Interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. Part 3) 4-hr onsite - Two 2-on-1's with software engineers followed by a 1-on-1 with a higher up. Each group of 2-on-1's has a detailed resume review and questions. Then a technical portion which consists of white board type questions and code review. Expect to talk about your solutions/ answers in detail. The 1-on-1 had no technical portion. For each white board question, if you come up with a space-optimal solution, you will be then asked to come up with a time-optimal solution and vice versa. Considering that they do help out by giving hints, none of the white board questions are terribly difficult.
