Abalta Technologies Software Developer interview questions

Was sent an online test regarding Java. Never have I been so pissed off at an online test for an interview. I was asked 30 multiple choice questions, out of which only 5 truly tested one's knowledge of the subject. Truly a waste of time and all irrelevant data (Java 6) that existed years back and is irrelevant in today's software society for the most part. Would not recommend based off of that "coding" test!

They sent me an online assessment after I applied for the position. I had a choice between C++ or Java. I took the Java assessment and the questions were very specific to the Swing framework and JSP. I agree with the most of the other reviews that they are either awful at designing an interview process or doing something shady to hire H1-B. Asking someone fresh out of college all of these framework specific questions that are not generic or easy at all does not make much sense. The job requirements on Indeed and other career websites did not even list Swing as a recommended qualification, which furthers my belief they are intending for applicants to fail.
