Interview
I applied online without a referral, and two months later, I was contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I had an initial interview with the hiring manager and another field director, and soon after, I was tasked with creating a presentation on one of their products. The presentation was 20 minutes, but the interview was 40 minutes total. A week after my presentation, I was contacted to set up a meeting with the national director for 30 minutes. Following the last interview, HR sent an email about 2 weeks later with a rejection.
