Interview
1st Interview was good! I didn’t hear back for a while so I assumed I didn’t get the role. And that’s fine!
Just to make sure, I contacted an Abbvie recruiter who then stated they were scheduling a final round. I tried reaching out to her again and her account was terminated. After forwarding emails to HR multiple times, I was ghosted. She got my hopes up for nothing. I’d much rather be rejected than to be falsely lead on for weeks, so I will no longer be considering AbbVie for future employment.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview consisted of an initial phone screening, an online interview and a panel on-site interview (5 people). Overall was a great experience. This was my first ever on-site interview and they made me feel comfortable. The phone screening was mainly to inform you about company and position with some basic questions. The first interview, you learn specifics about the position and behavioral and technical questions. Panel interview is only technical questions.
