Applied through my University's website for summer internship. Got contacted about phone interview a few days later, then got called into the office for an interview a week later. Very casual interview consisting of three 30 minute interviews with the people I would be working with for the internship. Contacted with an offer the next day; was in the middle of interviewing with better (not to mention full-time) offers so I declined.
