The company looks to feed in people through it's internship program, so try and get into the internship program if you can. The interview process itself is pretty easy; they don't ask many technical questions. So long as you know the company inside and out and can talk about your resume and personal interests you should be fine. It's very political and in the long run promotions are equally based on who you know not how good of an employee you are, but the program does a good job of helping you circumvent that-granted you'll likely just be stuck in middle management forever.
