La entrevista de RRHH duró 1 hora. Fue un recorrido por mi experiencia y fit para el cargo. Bastante ajustado al Job Post. Decepcionante que pregunten: cuántos años en total tienes de experiencia profesional? Claramente una discriminación por edad. La respuesta fue: ahhh buscamos una persona más junior. Algo que contrasta con la experiencia y requisitos del job post.
