3 rounds of interview including one with HR. Each 30 Min, most of the questions were behavioral in nature. Back or back interview with manager and director. Job was offered 2 days after the interview

They asked STAR style questions, related to experience, education & background. Competency based questions & situational questions such as “show us a time where you…”

Communication with HR is not sufficient. Without a HR interview, I have directly met with the departmant head and then met with the whole team. Also hard to follow up on their internal process as there was no information flow from HR

Could you share a challenging experience you have faced so far?
The interview process was a set of 5 interviews starting with a recruiter call and moving up through various levels of management. This was a remote position so all were virtual. The people were very nice but the process took over a month to get through. The position was closed without hiring anyone in the end.
