Initial phone screen with recruiter, then zoom interview with hiring manager. Was asked on less than 12 hour notice to interview with hiring manager and did not have time to prepare. Felt pressured to take interview instead of waiting until the following week. Was repeatedly asked the same question Why AbbVie? Why this position? There are only so many ways to answer that question. Got rejected 48 hours later and did not progress to next round. Unprofessional experience.
