Long interview with everyone on the team, each one by one. Total was three hours. Everyone was really friendly and inviting. They asked typical behavioral questions, such as strengths or what your previous employer has told you to improve on. They also ask what software you've worked with and the specific brand of instruments.

How would you troubleshoot problems in analytical instruments
The senior recruiters were nice offering to send my other resumes to positions in other territories and actually gave feedback. Although I wish they had told me sooner they wouldn't proceed with me rather than almost two months later.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AbbVie (Madison, WI) in Aug 2025
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter told me that she'll get back to me but haven't received any update nor an automated rejection. Is abbvie seriously looking into these issues? Hey, I took time out to interview with the recruiter so can the recruiter give a courtesy reply that I'm rejected and what went wrong? It's not so hard to give constructive feedback in a market where getting past a phone screen is a job in itself.
