Applied through college/university. I met them at the fall career fair and had a connection with a young alum who was currently working there. It took them a while (a couple weeks or more) to respond to my application originally... I thought they forgot about me. They first contacted me a few days before coming to campus for interviews, inviting me to a pre-interview info session with free pizza for the ~10 of us interviewing. The info session was helpful. I had two back to back on-campus interviews, both of which were behavioral. They had a few technical-related questions about projects, but no data structures or programming questions.
