Applied online and was invited for 1h interview. Started on time with a very nice welcome kit from AbbVie (bottled spice, pen, writing pad, info brochures) waiting on the table. First introduction round, next some more specific questions about my motivation to apply, why AbbVie etc. Next the hiring manager gave detailed information about the position to be filled and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Overall a very friendly and pleasant conversation, very focused on the job tasks at hand and my qualifications with no provocative questions. Also no need for STAR etc. Unfortunately the position was cancelled last minute, but I would've taken their offer for sure.
