They asked STAR style questions, related to experience, education & background. Competency based questions & situational questions such as “show us a time where you…” Interview lasted an hour and was with the line manager and senior manager

Communication with HR is not sufficient. Without a HR interview, I have directly met with the departmant head and then met with the whole team. Also hard to follow up on their internal process as there was no information flow from HR

The interview process was a set of 5 interviews starting with a recruiter call and moving up through various levels of management. This was a remote position so all were virtual. The people were very nice but the process took over a month to get through. The position was closed without hiring anyone in the end.
