I applied online. I interviewed at AbbVie (Austin, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Went through 2 rounds, one with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager and his boss. A couple weeks later received a call from the recruiter with the job offer.
I've only completed the first interview so far, but it was a great experience. The interviewer was professional, friendly, and made the conversation feel comfortable. Communication was clear, and the interview was well organized. So far, I've had a very positive impression of the hiring process and look forward to the next steps.
Recruiter reached out to schedule time to do screening. Did not call me at time scheduled. I eventually gave her a call she did not answer. About 20 minutes later she called and rushed through the screening and I never heard back from her after following up. (not to toot my own horn but I am more than qualified) seems either she just simply does not care about her job or there was another candidate already in mind.
