Company has very questionable recruiting practices that are borderline discriminatory at absolute best. Worst is they're directly participating in discriminatory hiring practices. I checked off every box for this role which is rare including having multiple years OVER the experience requested. I received an automatic rejection the next business day after someone from the company viewed my profile anonymously on Linkedin (but still showing it was from Abbvie). How convenient that after seeing demographics I got a rejection. To add insult to injury someone currently in this role recommended it to me after the fact saying it would be perfect for me because they didn't know I was already automatically rejected. Then weeks later another person recommended I apply for this role. This company is not concerned with finding quality candidates at all. They are perfectly fine engaging in very troubling behavior. I've told everyone about my experience and they are shocked.
