Interview
Initial contact with the first recruiter was early September. Very good communication, and had me do a 'video interview' , saying the hiring manager was very interested in my background. She was responsive, and kept me well informed of the process. The position was well described to me, as well as benefits and responsibilities. This first recruiter definitely had me interested and excited about this position, and it seemed like a positive outlook.
Then the position was apparently changed to a different recruiter at that point and all communications ceased completely. I was eventually provided the contact information for the new recruiter that was now in charge of my application, but have not received any responses or information at all from him. Terribly disappointing to see this drastic change in treatment, it really is a kick in the gut to start getting treated so well and then ghosted like this.
