Invited for a virtual interview by the HR representative. I would say it was a process to let you learn more about the job rather than calling it an interview; To learn the candidate's understanding of the medical sales industry and their motivation for pursuing the position.

There was 3 part for this interview, the first part was self introduction, second was questions to test how well you know about the products and company,the last part was some scenario questions. It was a pretty smooth interview,the interviewer was nice.
