Abbott Materials Manager interview questions

Process took over a month and a half. When contacted first by HR , the first three attempts I was contacted via email 10-15 prior to the scheduled phone call to reschedule to the next week. After HR , I was scheduled to speak with current manager , that was rescheduled twice then after that another manager who surprisingly made the phone call. All typical interview questions , I.e. what are your strengths and weaknesses what is something you’ve accomplished etc etc. After that I was scheduled to speak with the site director via phone, when I called i stayed on line for over 35 min then realized they were not going to be going the call. I reached out to HR , and they said they would inform me of the next steps in a day or two well three weeks later I finally called stand they had hired someone else. To only then call me a week later offering me another position to which i was interested in and then I was never contacted again.
