Interview
Sat down with General Manager at a nearby bench in the mall, she started off by asking me to "walk her through my resume," followed by pretty typical questions such as "what's your greatest weakness?" and "why should I hire you?" The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I went on a slow day so the staff seemed pretty laid back.

I didn't find any of the questions all that surprising but perhaps the one that could be challenging if you don't have retail experience is "how would you handle a difficult customer?"

Interview
1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website.
2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that.
3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them.
4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win.
5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
Three rounds of interview. For the first two rounds, met with the store manager and asked some behavioral questions. For the final round, met the DM and dig deeper of your resume.
