I had no idea what to expect. I scouted the local Abercrombie store to get a sense of the lines for the spring. I researched A&F's quarterly results. I was prepared to talk about ideas I had to make the company stronger. None of those questions came up. The interview was simply a personal interview, asking questions about my leadership and experiences, not the fashion industry.
