Interview
Rigorous hiring process and training, it’s about 6 weeks of classroom training, which i feel you still need a more OJT training. More emphasis should have been on the OJT rather than the classroom training.
Well balanced with multiple members of leadership represented including who would be my direct supervisor. Very professional but did not make it feel tense or anything bad. They talked to me about who I was, why I wanted to be in hospice, what a good leader looks like and what I need out of leadership to make me successful.
