I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Calcutta) in Nov 2022
Interview
We had to sit for an MCQ + Coding round first, it was a 90 minute test. MCQs were pretty easy ones from CS subjects and the coding round had 2 questions - one of them was easy and the other was medium (going by Leetcode difficulty). After that, a personal interview round was conducted. The interviewer was really nice and he also set aside the final 5 mins of the interview to briefly explain the work culture at Accenture, and asked me if I had any questions for him. Also, we were informed that our cumulative score (MCQ and Coding round + score from the interview) will be key in deciding our eligibility.
