Accenture Consultant interview questions

Hice dos entrevistas, una con un manager y otra con un senior manager. Fueron simpáticos y eran muy inteligentes. Estaban interesados en conocerme más. Pero tardan muchísimo pasarnos el resultado de la entrevista.

Three separate sessions. The first session was a Teams call with the HR recruiter who explained the interview format and structure, also explained about the culture and structure of the firm. The second session was an interview with the Senior Manager. Typical STAR format questions. The third and last session was an interview with the Partner. No STAR questions. General questions about my background and my preference for the role. Got rejected after the third session under the grounds of me not having a financial services sector background. This question should have been asked at the first session itself. There was no clear mention of this requirement at the job description.
