I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very easy interview process, just basic object oriented programming like inheritance, abstraction, encapsulations and etc. The interviewers are not bothered about your hidden skills and they do not disclose anything about salary, however, it is pretty standard. No tough questions and be confident. do practice basic oop concepts and features of your strong language skill.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
