Interview
One HR screen, one 2-hour final round consisting of a Technology Showcase with an executive and a Strengths and Skills section with another executive. Note that I had gotten referred, so may be a different process for non-referrals

Almost fully behavioral and situational, be sure to use the STAAR method to give diverse, strong examples from past academic, professional, and personal experiences
Interviewer asked specifics about the deliverables/results of my past work. Interview started broad and become focused on a specific tech team in the Consulting department. Fully behavioral, but you should prep for it as a consultant even if you're an engineer.

Behavioral questions, pretty general. Be prepared to answer questions about the company and have a general overview of its operations. Also, it is a phone call so you have to sound excited. I'd say schedule it earlier than later as well.
