Internal interview for project in TAP programme. Got interviewed for a project, was asked questions about my skills and how I could prove it based on my past experiences, if you have relevant experience, it would be easier to sell yourself to onboard their project.
Everything was smooth and the interviewer probably is your future lead or manager. The questions asked were easy and manageable or maybe they’re lack of people that’s why. They’ll asked the languages that we can speak to as well as how to deal with client properly

Introducing ourselves and scenario questions on how to deal with clients
Poco técnica, máas personal. Un test de ingles y luego una entrevista con alguien de RRHH para los de technology, no pedían mucha experiencia. Si entras por otro service group a lo mejor entrevista con manager
The process was fairly easy but it took a long time to receive the official offer after receiving a verbal offer. HR and MD were nice and accomodating. Pretty straightforward
