I applied on the apprenticeship organisation and did a screening call with them, only to find out I had to re-apply for the job through Accenture's website. I did not hear from Accenture for a whole month and was sent a link to do an online assessment that consisted of scenarios, logic questions and numeracy questions (some of which did not even have the correct answer as an option). I passed that and was then invited to a task-based interview that was actually more like an assessment and consisted of 2 tech consulting scenarios followed by questions about how you would handle said scenario. I was told not to prepare for the interview. I think this kind of task would be fine for someone with experience in tech and consulting but for an apprenticeship aimed at career changers who presumably would not have experience I think they expect too much.
