The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture in Jul 2010
Interview
Bunch of personality questions. Also a lot of them just talking about the position and the requirements. Few general behavior questions but none to be concerned about. More of a conversation about resume and ambitions than a formal interview. Very straightforward and nothing to worry about. I conversed a little via email with the interviewer about some questions I had before deciding it was not for me. My best advice would just be sound excited and knowledgeable about the company. If they called you they must like your experience so one should not fret too much.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was an Online interview and was also my first interview as CMA. Where I got bit nervous and couldn't perform well. And also after interview, HR was busy it seems I didn't got any mail or message regarding my interview status for 30 days. Even HR was not picking the call. One day, HR picked up the call and said I was not selected.
Basic questions and finance knowledge. About my past work experience.
It was an online process. The interview process went on for like 30 minutes in the technical round and 15 minutes in the HR round
