I went through campus recruiting. My first interview was one hour long and conducted by a manager. The manager who interviewed me opened with some housekeeping questions (military status, visa sponsorship, etc.) and then introduced her experience with Accenture. She then moved on to a string of behavioral questions before letting me end the interview with my questions for her. I found it interesting how she asked me to make a final closing statement before I left the interviewing room. I thought I had done a solid job but unfortunately despite all of the research and prep I did I did not make it past this first round; I recommend that you (obviously) prepare for these interviews but also never underestimate how important uncontrolled factors are in this process (i.e. the chemistry between you and your interviewer).
