I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2016
Interview
It took 2 days for the entire process. AMCAT conducted the aptitude round which was easy if you are thorough with the quant. Verbal and logical sections were enough to crack this if you are not good with quant. Out of some 400, they shortlisted 288. Then from the HR round they selected 198. HR round was as usual with a panel taking interviews of 5 students at once. Just the normal HR questions. Hardly any technical as they were focussing on the communication skills.

The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
