I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
Too lengthy interview process, 2 internal rounds then a client round and still no surity. Better to search for another company. It starts with telephonic intvw then if cleared they go for f2f intvw, if cleared then if reqd client intw then if you are lucky you get the offer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process lasted 1 hr. They asked most questions from my resume. And questions from my experience at the current company. The role is for minimum 3 years experienced professional. But the questions they asked was too deep. They only asked scenario based questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
It consisted of 2 rounds. 1st was technical where interviewer focussed primarily on my resume. It went well and I received a mail stating I cleared the 1st round. Then they asked me to submit my documents in their portal. Next day I got a call from HR and they asked my expected salary. Since, I had an offer in hand and was serving notice period; I asked them but more than my present offer. They said they will get back and after few mins they kept my profile on hold. They didn't even consider doing salary negotiation with me. Overall a bad experience.
