Applied online through the Hire.Me by Pearson link given to me via e-mail, I took an exam that was divided into four parts, problem solving, processing information, reading comprehension and computer knowledge. As I went to the Recruitment Office I filled in my details and also took another exam with regards to logic and patterns.

Have you already applied in Accenture before? (Including OJT)
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
