Interview
Everything went well, the exam was tricky, we were 25 but after an hour of waiting for the result we were just 5 who passed the exam. Then next was the language assesment then the HR interview, once they said that they'll call you or email you, that means you are on the 'short-listed' category, in which, they'll only call you if someone pulled out.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
