Took 1 day for interview and examination. Still waiting for the next or pre employment. Maybe ill wait for maximum of 1 month before applying for another job since i have just known that the process quite take a longer of time. It is best if you knkw someone or an employee of them, they can monitor your status if you are rejected, on the process or accepted.

I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
