I applied in-person. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong, Rizal) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied via facebook referral, they texted me but I was not able to come on the scheduled date, so I send an apology letter then asked if they can re-sched the assessment. But they didn't respond. So I tried to walki-in nalang with my friends.
First thing you would do is to register in their Online Registration. Then wait for your name to be called to proceed to the testing area. Exam will not begin yet because you need to continue answering their Online Profile Registration. I think this took me 10-15 minutes then another 15 minutes waiting for the exam to flash on the screen. The exam consist of (Aptitude, Fault Finding, Behavioral, English Comprehension). After that you will have to wait again for your to be called if you passed or failed. If passed, you will proceed to Voice Assessment. If passed, wait for your name for the HR interview. We almost waited 3 and half hours even though they said that we'll have to wait for 30 minutes only. After the interview, the HR said that they will call us (me & my friend) within 2 weeks if we are shortlisted. Hoping to receive the call, text or email from them.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
