2. Phone Interview: asked about education background, availability for the internship, and personal interest of Accenture
3. Industry Research Report: was required to submit a research report of a chosen industry within 48 hours
4. Presentation and Face-to-face interview: 5 minutes presentation for the industry research report first, 3 minutes introduction of myself and previous work example, then behaviour questions asked by two analysts from the project group, the partner was also present
