Mi ha contattato un HH che mi ha rimandato a un HR giovane di Accenture. Dopo un colloquio conoscitivo mi ha proposto un'intervista tecnica con un dirigente. Dopo l'esito positivo di tale colloquio ho avuto la possibilità di parlare con un Managing Director e successivamente è arrivata l'offerta ufficiale. Processo trasparente, ottimi feedback e chiarezza da parte dell'azienda.

It was straight forward. First talent acquisition, then two VPs interview me separately due to availability. The talent acquisition asked simple questions. However, the VPs were very specific to solutions, what would I do, and what I have done regarding past experiences.
they were confused between actual cloud (private on how switches and all are to be understood) vs what a CSP is (eg aws,azure... etc). Overall it was nice but they were confused
Las tres primeras entrevistas muy positivas y seguidas entre sí. La última se demoró más de un mes en confirmarme la oferta. Me permitieron entrevistarme directamente con el equipo, fue muy positivo.
