Interview
5 people are selected randomly to form a group. Then this group is assigned a project. Candidates are required to give a solution to a business problem in this project. For instance, what kind of strategies you will take to improve the sales of an old shopping mall, and some detail information will be given. Group members have 25 minutes to brainstorm, discuss and make slides. Then, every member in the group is required to present one part of the slide in 2 minutes. In total, every group has 10 minutes to present the whole project.
