I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Jan 2021
Interview
The Hiring process is as below:
1)Skills interview
2) Document submission
3) Final Interview
The 1st round was good, the interviewer asked few basic Informatica technical questions. some Transformation/Automation related questions.
For the final round, the HR mismatched the skills of the interviewer & twice assigned a wrong technology person to interview me. There was a gap of almost 4 weeks between the 1st & 2nd round. Since the Skill mismatch happened, so the 2nd round was rescheduled after another 1.5 week.
Thus, it took > 3months from the time I applied till the final round of interview.
The entire process was very stressful & de motivating for me & the HR team of this company really needs to work towards it.
